2 cups Curly’s BBQ Pulled Pork
1 pound pizza dough
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1 cup grated gouda cheese
½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
½ red onion, sliced thinly
1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
¾ cup corn
1 jalapeno, sliced thinly
2 green onions, sliced
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
How to Make
1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F, or if you're using a pizza stone, preheat to 500 degrees F. Lightly flour a flat surface, use your hands or a rolling pin to roll out the pizza dough until it reaches your desired shape.
2. Place the dough onto a pizza stone, or a baking sheet. Spoon the barbecue sauce onto the pizza dough. Top with 1 cup of the gouda cheese and ½ of the mozzarella cheese. Top with Curly’s BBQ Pulled Pork, red onion, tomatoes, jalapeno, and corn. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over top.
3. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
4. Remove from the oven and sprinkle green onion and cilantro on top. Let cool before slicing.
