Kick off your next tailgate with tasty stuffed potatoes that are topped with Curly’s Pulled Beef, cheddar cheese, sour cream and green onion.

10 red potatoes
2 cups Olive oil
1 1/2 cups Sour cream
1 bunch green onion, sliced
10 yellow cheddar, sliced
Salt, pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Wash and remove any blemishes from the potatoes.
Thinly slice them about halfway through (the slices will separate more after baking)
Place a foil lined baking sheet that has been sprayed with olive oil.
Drizzle olive oil on potatoes until lightly coated and season with salt and pepper.
Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
While your potatoes are baking, follow the directions on the packaging and heat Curly’s Pulled Beef.
Remove potatoes from oven. Place small amounts of Curly’s Pulled Beef into potatoes along with slices of yellow cheddar and return to the oven until cheese is melted completely.
Remove from oven once again and top with sour cream and green onions. Enjoy!
