1 Tbsp.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp.
1 ½ Tbsp.
Unsalted Butter
1 ½ Tbsp.

Small Chopped Onion
1

Chopped Garlic Cloves

1 Package
Curly’s Sauceless Pulled Pork
1 Package
1 Pound
Yellow Squash Cut in Bite-size Pieces
1 Pound
1 Pound
Zucchini Squash Cut in Bite-size Pieces
1 Pound
1 Tsp.
All-Purpose Greek Seasoning
1 Tsp.
To Taste
Salt & Pepper
To Taste

Directions


  1. Add olive oil and butter to a large medium-high heated skillet.

  2. Melt butter.

  3. Saute onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes or until onions are translucent.

  4. Add pulled pork to skillet; sauté for 2 minutes

  5. Add squash, Greek seasoning, and pepper to skillet.

  6. Mix well.

  7. Cover and simmer for about 12-15 minutes.

  8. Do not overcook.

  9. Adjust seasoning to taste.
