8 Ounces Curly’s BBQ Pulled Pork
8 Ounces Monterrey Jack Cheese, cubed
1 Green Chile
1 Tablespoon Chile Powder
1/4 Cup Milk
1 Tablespoon Butter
1/2 Cup Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend
How to Make
1. Melt Monterrey jack with butter and milk in a saucepan over medium-low heat.Stir frequently until smooth and melted.
2. Add green Chile, Chile powder, and half of the Mexican cheese blend.
3. Stir in Curly's BBQ Pulled Pork.
4. Pour into serving bowl and top with remaining Mexican cheese blend.
