1 tub Curly’s Sauceless Pulled Pork
1 small round bread boule
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles
½ medium yellow onion, diced
4 ounces cream cheese softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise

How to Make

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Slice the bread vertically and horizontally being careful to not cut all the way through the bread, stop about 1/4 inch from the bottom of the loaf. Place on a sheet of aluminum foil.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add green chilies, onions and pork. Cook until Curly’s Sauceless Pulled Pork is warmed through.
  4. Combine pork mixture, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese and mayonnaise together in a bowl.
  5. Gently part the bread and stuff the mixture inside the cuts.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 - 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
