1 package of Curly’s BBQ Sauceless Pulled Pork
1/2 cup Black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup Fire roasted corn, cooked
5 Green onions, sliced
10 Fajita sized tortilla
2 cups Mexican blend cheese
1/4 cup Cilantro
1/2 teaspoon each: cumin, chili powder, oregano and garlic powder
1 Egg, whisked

1 Large avocado
1 Packet chipotle ranch seasoning (can sub regular ranch)
1/2 cup Sour cream
1 cup Buttermilk

How to Make

  1. Heat Curly’s BBQ Sauceless Pulled Pork according to directions on package.
  2. Cut avocados in half and remove pit.
  3. Use a spoon to hollow out a larger hole in the middle of each avocado. Save this extra avocado for later use.
  4. When Curly’s BBQ Sauceless Pulled Pork is warm, spoon into the middle of each avocado so that it is even across the top.
  5. Chop up the extra avocado that was removed earlier and place chunks of avocado on top of Curly’s BBQ Sauceless Pulled Pork.
  6. Add another spoonful of Curly’s BBQ Sauceless Pulled Pork so that each avocado is piled about an inch high.
  7. Top with cheese and broil for 2 minutes.
